With bresaola, lettuce, tomato, and mozzarella
1 Piadina Light 70 g slices bresaola 2 large green lettuce leaves 1 tomato 1 mozzarella A drizzle of oil Salt
Procedure
Wash and dry the veggies. Thinly slice the tomato. Heat the piadina, and cover it with the lettuce leaves, broken up mozzarella, tomato slices, and bresaola. Dress with oil and salt, fold the piadina in half and... Buon Appetito!
