Sfogliatissima, Fisherman-style
With prawns, avocado, vegetables, parsley, and lemon
1 Piadina Sfogliatissima 4 prawns 1 slice of yellow pepper 1 slice of red pepper 1 small tomato Half avocado Parsley Extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper Lemon
Procedure
Cook and peel the prawns. Wash and dry the vegetables, dice them and season with oil, salt and parsley. Peel and slice the avocado. After heating the Piadina, place the diced vegetables in the center with the avocado slices and the prawns on top, season with lemon juice, oil and a pinch of pepper. Garnish with a slice of lemon, fold the Piadina and enjoy!
